Privacy Policy

  1. What We Collect and How We Use It

We do not request or require your name, address, birthdate, or gender. For your security and to provide our Services, you must create an account and log in using our Servers.

For some of our Apps, you may need to create an account. To create an account, you need to provide an email address and a password. We store your email and encrypted password. If you choose to connect via social logins, we will also store your email associated with that login.

When you create an account, we use your email address to notify you of important changes to our Services. We may also use your email to promote our Services. By providing your email, you consent to receiving these communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time under “My Profile > Privacy & Account.”

When you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, we record the date of your agreement for legal purposes. We store your most recent login date and your device’s operating system to ensure our Backup Tools function correctly.

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction occurs between you and the App Markets. We store digital receipts and subscription validity periods for record-keeping purposes.

When you scan a food product, the scanned barcode number is sent to our Servers.

In your profile, you may add personal information such as your name, photos, weight, food consumption, and progress photos. All this data is stored locally on your device and is not shared, uploaded, or stored on our Servers or with any third parties.

Data Retention:
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We may retain certain data for longer periods if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  1. Our Security Measures

Access to our database is restricted to authorized employees. Only those with proper authorization can access stored data. We do not grant third-party access to our data.

Your data is stored in an encrypted format on our Servers. Authorized employees can only view the user’s email, operating system, and legal access/registration dates.

We take reasonable and commercially acceptable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may work with service providers to facilitate our Services. These third parties may have access to data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We may share your personal data with law enforcement or government agencies if required by law, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect public safety.

International Data Transfers:
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country. We take measures to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this privacy policy.

  1. Advertising and Marketing

Our App may include sponsored content or advertisements.

If you created an account, we may contact you to promote our products. By providing your email, you consent to receiving these communications. If you prefer not to receive promotional communications, you may opt out under “My Profile > Privacy & Account.”

  1. Your Rights

If you created an account, you have the right to access the personal data we store on our Servers. You can do this at any time through the App by selecting “My Profile > Privacy & Account.”

You have the right to receive your personal data stored on our Servers in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller. However, if you use our Backup Service, your personal data is encrypted on our Servers for privacy reasons, and we cannot decrypt this data or provide it in a machine-readable format.

You have the right to correct your personal data. However, we only store your email and access dates, which are necessary to identify your account and cannot be changed. If you need to change your email, you must create a new account and delete the old one.

You have the right to delete your account and any information stored on our Servers. You can do this anytime within the App by navigating to “Privacy & Account” under “Profile.” Once deleted, your files and information are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

  1. Tracking Your Activities

We do not track your activities and do not use cookies.

Even if you created an account, all your progress is stored locally on your device.

Because we do not track your activities, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means before the changes take effect. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes.

This policy is effective as of November 30, 2021.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such data.
